Currently we don't have a single article on Kazachstanian library, or their system - but many other countries do. I am sure with your help they can easily not only catch up, but even surpass many others. See <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Libraries_by_country" rel="nofollow">relevant category</a> on English Wikipedia (there should be something similar on Russian, too).
